Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on e98nn. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. e98nn will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any funds held within them.
You are required to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account details current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
You are entirely responsible for the security of your e98nn login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or linked mobile number with any third party. e98nn will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any transactions made using your account credentials will be treated as having been made by you, and e98nn accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error on the Platform, e98nn reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the error. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the e98nn Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. e98nn reserves the right to take appropriate action — including immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
Zero Tolerance: e98nn operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
